There’s a feeling I get when I look to the West, and my spirit is crying for leaving.

I think we might have made a mistake leaving The Shire, Pippin.

I love this scene because even though Merry is hurt, he’s still trying to joke and reassure his little cousin to make him feel better. I just can’t with these two. Look at Pippin’s smile. Like, how is that even fair? xD

►BluRay and DVD Comparison

These GIFS were made using my personal rips of Fellowship. The ones on the left are Bluray, the ones on the right are DVD.

Because I can’t stand having naked GIFs, I took care to use the exact same sharpen, vibrance, brighten, and color balance settings on each of the GIFs. As you can see the colors still look different at the lower resolutions.

(I think the difference is especially notable in scenery shots, but since the GIFs are so small, the ones of people look a bit similar. I’ll post bigger comparison GIFs later. :’D This is just fun haha)
