So I’ve been working on this little Pippin and Diamond… thing today. I don’t really know how I feel about it. I guess it’s not horrible, but I mean…. I still need to practise my illustration and digital colouring techniques anyhow…. And well, what better way to practise than with them, eh? :) <33

WIP. I spent a few hours yesterday drawing this. :&#8217;D I can&#8217;t remember the last time I broke out the pencils and Bristol Board. I forget how much I love to draw. This isn&#8217;t quite finished, I just wanted to show what I&#8217;ve been working on. :3 Webcam warped him a bit. I&#8217;ll upload a proper picture of him when he&#8217;s done. :D Dean Winchester. I really hope you can tell. xDD

So this is a preview of the drawing I&#8217;ve been working on. Pippin and his sparkling lass Diamond. I wanted to colour it in coloured pencils, however I wanted to scan it into the computer first to play around with tones and shading in photoshop. This is the result of some playtime. :D Stay tuned for a finished, coloured product. Also, I have to clean up some of the lineart, such as Pippin&#8217;s hands. Furthermore I don&#8217;t really like how Pippin looks, mostly because he doesn&#8217;t look like Billy, more like how I used to imagine Pippin, though I suppose that isn&#8217;t really a bad thing. xD Anyway, I really debated having Pippin be smoking- smoking his pipe around his pregnant wife how could he! But I don&#8217;t know&#8230; Everything about hobbits is wholesome in my opinion, and well, he just looked better with the pipe. :P
